Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. Billsnap is a static website. Clearing site data deletes drafts. Export a PDF if you need a copy outside the browser.
Can clients pay through Billsnap?
Not yet. Put your PayPal, Wise, bank, or Stripe payment link in Payment details so it prints on the invoice. Collecting payment inside Billsnap is the scalable follow-on product.
Does this replace QuickBooks?
No. It replaces the blank Google Doc you rebuild every time a client asks for an invoice. When you outgrow it, export PDFs and move the books later.
